When will my order ship and arrive?
We process and ship all orders within 2 business days of when they're placed. Delivery time typically ranges from 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you in the Shipping Confirmation.
What are the shipping rates?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping is also available at checkout, with costs depending on your location.
♻️ Returns & Missing Items
What if I receive the wrong item or something is missing?
No worries! If an item is missing or incorrect, contact us via the chat box — include your order number and a photo.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via the chat box with your order number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What capacity does this towel warmer have?
Our product holds up to two 40″ × 70″ oversized towels, bathrobes, blankets, or pajamas—just like the Keenray CL1 bucket towel warmer.
How quickly does it heat up?
It heats up in about 1 minute and reaches full temperature in approximately 6 minutes.
How long does the heating last?
It runs for up to 60 minutes, and then automatically shuts off for safety.
Is there aromatherapy support?
Yes! There’s a specially designed aromatherapy tray— just add essential oils or tablets to infuse your towels with a subtle, calming scent.
Can I use damp or wet towels inside?
No—damp or wet items can damage the unit and may pose safety risks. Always use dry towels.
Is it safe to touch while heating?
No—when the HOT SURFACE INDICATOR lights (interior surface over 122°F / 50°C), do not touch the inside.
How long should I heat towels for general use?
15 minutes is usually enough to warm two bath towels.
How do I use the towel warmer?
1. Plug in the power cord.
2. Place dry towels or blankets inside and gently close the lid.
3. Press the ON/OFF button—an LED ring lights red to show it’s heating.
4. After warming, open the lid gently and enjoy your warm towels or blankets.
5. Press OFF and close the lid when finished.
