Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be returned in like-new condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase once the return is approved.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
